Step One
Fill out our rental application with your personal information, current address, employment details, and two references. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes.

Step Two
Background & Credit Check
Once we receive your application we'll run a standard background and credit check. We look at rental history, employment, and overall reliability — not just a credit score. We review every application personally and will contact you within 3–5 business days.
We look at the full picture. A less-than-perfect credit score won't automatically disqualify you. We take rental history and steady income into account.

Step Three
Sign the Lease & Move In
If you're approved, we'll go over the lease agreement together, answer any questions you have, and get everything signed. Once the lease is signed and the first month's rent and security deposit are received, you get your keys.
No surprises in the lease. We keep it plain and straightforward. If something isn't clear, just ask — we're happy to walk through it with you.

Common Questions

How long does approval take?
Typically 3–5 business days. We'll reach out by phone or email once a decision has been made.
What do you look for in an applicant?
Steady income, a reasonable rental history, and honest answers on your application. We're not looking for perfect — just reliable.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required before move-in. The amount will be specified in the lease agreement for the property you're applying for.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the property. Check the individual listing for pet policy details, or call us and we'll let you know.
How do I pay rent each month?
