Pay Your Rent

Quick and easy rent payments through Venmo. No extra fees, no hassle.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please include your property address in the Venmo payment note so we can match your payment to your account. Late payments after the 5th may be subject to a late fee per your lease agreement.

How to Pay

Click the Open Venmo button above or open the Venmo app on your phone.

Search for @ASDW_Properties and select the correct account.

Enter your rent amount as listed in your lease agreement.

In the note field, include your property address (e.g. "625 N. Kansas Ave — March rent").

Hit Pay and you're done. You'll receive a confirmation from Venmo.
